I had this workout video back in the 90's and it was the best video I had ever owned. Back then I was in the BEST shape of my life and I wasn't even going to the gym at the time. I worked out at home using that workout tape every day and light dumbells once in a while. I was constantly getting compliments on my abs and I would always recommend this video to people. I was on here today looking to see if it ever came out in a dvd because I no longer even own a vcr!

I have always been a fan of Cher so that is what made me initially buy this tape. I absolutely love it. It is perfect for all ages. I am 26! This is better than any other workout video I have ever tried. It is fun and easy to follow, and if you mess up you don't feel so bad because Cher messes up a few times too! She makes you feel comfortable. The step workout is harder with the step but that is what really makes it worth it, believe me. The ab section kills me, but it really works. The last section will truly make you BURN! If you do it enough times though, it gets easier and easier, however I do recommend a breather in between days you do that section at least in the beginning. The sequel to this is just as good by the way!

I don't use this anymore, because it's on VHS, but it helped me lose some pounds and keep them off.

Cher and her friends are dressed kind of silly, but the workout is great. And it's a lot of fun.
